Tuesday on monroe and second st, a 20 year old man was pulled over and was acting suspicious throught the routine stop. Police then began to search the male when he through what police believe was a bag of cocaine on the ground and tried to destroy it. Along with the search they found 2 bags of marijuana and a digital scale.
